Sunny & Moon is a premium, design-led baby muslin brand. They had strong products and a clear aesthetic, but needed structure, strategy and content to turn that into consistent growth and sales. I was brought in to build their social strategy and execute content, alongside introducing paid ads to scale performance.

What I Did

Developed and executed a full social system across organic and paid. Content strategy + framework. Clear pillars, posting rhythm, creative direction and testing roadmap. UGC-led Reels + founder content. Designed for reach, relatability and trust. Built a distinct, scroll-stopping brand identity. Creative testing + iteration. Hooks, formats and edits continuously refined based on performance. Launched and optimised campaigns using high-performing organic creatives to drive traffic and conversions

The Impact

Delivered a +511% increase in profile activity, growing the account by ~1,000 followers in just 2 months (ahead of a 6-month target) while driving consistent increases in website traffic. On paid, campaigns maintained a steady £12–£13 CPA, with top-performing creatives achieving acquisition costs as low as £2.88 and reaching ~3.3 ROAS through ongoing creative testing and optimisation.
